Hi, I’m Casey, a long time yoga practitioner and meditator. I’ve created this website to share the practices through time and experience that have helped me in the journey to living a life of health and wellness. I hope to inspire and support you to create and maintain your own daily practices.
I recommend you pick one practice at a time to begin with, such as yoga. There are several simple short practices I have created just for you on my Yoga page. Or maybe meditation. You can begin with one of my short guided meditations on the Meditation page.
